I too am getting this problem, and I would love to see it fixed, as my torrenting abilities have essentially dropped to nothing.

I don't really want to install utorrent again.

I'm running on windows, and would love to have deluge working, and operable again.

I've had this problem before on one of my 2000 boxes, I literally just waited for the next version to be released, and from then, it just worked.


When you tried your uninstalls, did you go in and delete everything manually, like from %appdata%?

Evidently they are having some sort of troubles with the windows version.

I too have noticed this.

With a lot of torrent programs being able to be contained in a single executable, it raises questions.

Whenever I run into this problem, I just completely quit the program, daemon and all, and restart. I don't reinstall.
