So guys, for those who have same issue in the future, check if your internet provider use gcNAT like me. If they do, then you gonna need a VPN which allows you to forward ports.

The model is Fast5330b-r1 and the brand is bouygues telecom (probably Sagem actually, not sure)

Ok i get it. Well i think i found the problem. It looks like my router doesn't allow me to have static ip or dns changes. I verified it by using different static IP using TCP/IPv4 properties and network failed to work. I also tried to use automatic ip and manual DNS and again network failed to work....
