User uses CGNAT, recommended a VPN with port forwarding. Torguard or PIA are the two larger providers with that for anyone searching who finds this.

So guys, for those who have same issue in the future, check if your internet provider use gcNAT like me. If they do, then you gonna need a VPN which allows you to forward ports.
