Great. Even though I've uninstalled deluge (and deleted the left over files as well) and reinstalled anew, the program's still broken.

Update: changing the libtorrent just broke deluge instead (all I did was back up the original .pyd file and copied over the new).

Okay, somehting is deffinitely wrong. Some of the torrents finished quickly (and turned blue with "seeding" written on them), so I deleted those and the remaining torrents kept downloading happily. Then, just to check, I closed deluge and reopened the program. Now nothing downloads again. ...
