Why my active port blocked

Post by zhong881209 »

Actually how to port forward deluge? port forward web site also dont have deluge in selection to guide people.
Then i just follow the normal way of port forward and wondering why the active port keep blocked. then i suddenly think of closing PG2 and test, then it work, it opened.
Then i reopen PG2 test, close it again and test and visa versa for many times and it is really PG2 that block my active port.

At preferences/options, on the left pane go to Network. Fill those fields with your desired port numbers and do the same for your router (if you haven't done that one already). I don't think there's any diffs in setting that up from what you can read about other clients at portforward.com? It's all the same thing. Set on client then set on router then reboot reouter to save. You've mentioned pg2. It does not block ports (last time I checked I don't think it can even be config'ed to do that) but only the port tester since it redirects to the test result webpage. pg2's ultra careful about redirections. If you can make sure if what's set on the client are the same as the router's (the port numbers) you can assume that it's forwarded just fine. FYI I use pg2 too.

ok, then my port forward is correct.
if it is correct then why deluge test the port still sometime go between open and close.
but i can sure that when PG2 is open, my deluge port will never open.

then don't run PG2 when deluge is running.
deluge has its own blocklist plugin anyway.

i think i done everything correctly, but why Deluge having port keep chaging from closed to open then back and forth non stop.

Peer blocked {event message: incoming connection blocked by IP filter, ip address: 140.211.166.66}
this is the one that blocklist block right?

Peer blocked {event message: blocked peer not added to peer list, ip address: 192.168.0.136}
the ip address is my lan address, why it block? it appear in event log like about 100 times.

out topic
Tracker warning {event message: Redirecting to "http://xxx site ", torrent : torrent location)
what is this? why warning?
