reducing leaches
I note quite a few leaches in the swarm. Is there any way I can forbid or limit upload to those who will not share? They do not have to be sharing much but 0 is being just a parasite and I am not inclined to feed ticks or tapeworms if I have an option.

I am now sitting on 8% on a large torrent and there are 3 80+% fat leaches sitting there and not giving anything back. That really chaps my buttock. Only couple other low % folk like myself doing any providing. I would feel better if I had the option to refuse to feed them. If others could and would do so then we might see a little modification of behavior.
