Feature request: seeding torrent history

I'd like some way of knowing which of my seeding torrents are still quite active, and which haven't connected to any other peers for a long time (eg a few weeks)

I'm not sure what the best way to implement this would be. I can think of some ideas, but I figured that if I described my problem rather than just a proposed solution, then the Deluge devs can think about how it fits into the grander scheme.
