This mockup shows what I mean. Seems like a pretty basic feature that probably was just forgotten. Any chance to add it in upcoming versions?

Allow resizing the window, hide some toolbar icons
Right now Deluge doesn't let you resize the window if that means not all toolbar icons will be shown. Some other apps -I'm thinking Rhythmbox, for example- do, by replacing them with an arrow that shows the hidden options when clicked.
