Plugins disabled after restart (gutsy)

I have this little, annoying problem with Deluge- every time I restart it I have to re-enable all the plugins because they get disabled after I quit the program. This goes for both the repository version and the Gutsy package available on this website. Is this a bug, a feature or am I doing something wrong ?

Bonus complaint, in case the guy responsible is reading this: the polish translation has a typo under the "clean torrents" button. Seriously...

I have got the same problem, but just for the speed limiter plugin. (0.5.6.2 .deb for Gutsy from http://deluge-torrent.org/downloads). After every restart of Deluge the plugin gets disabled.

Having this problem for only the blocklist importer plugin.

All plugins get disabled for me, though I only really need the File plugin (it's strange this feature is not built-in).

Out of curiousity, is anyone getting this problem outside of Ubuntu ? I've used Deluge on Fedora for a while and I don't remember having any issues with the plugins.
