Ignore Slow Torrents

I just found deluge not to long ago, it's pretty nice, but one think I miss from some other clients is the ability to ignore slow torrents, I have a queue of 4 but I am only doing 3 torrents at a time, it'd be nice to ignore the torrents that are not doing anything 0KB/s upload speed and move onto the 4th torrent.

I really like this idea as well.. or taking it one step further, and have it able to specify if the torrent is getting less then xxkb/s then start the next one, up till your max speed specified...
