Cannot connect to all seeds??

Connected to 8 of 158? 3 of 112?! How come I cannot connect to all of the people within the (xxx) numbers?

I am sorry I should also add I am on Windows XP Pro with a cable connection via wireless usb adapter to a wireless router.

I also seed all of my files with unlimited connections/upload/download/etc. unlimited everything, and I still cannot connect to everyone.

If you have that many active torrents you're probably hitting some sort of limit, either your connection or the router.
