Install Deluge on an IPCOP

hi, sorry for my english, I´m from germany

ok, my question is: Can I install Deluge on an IPcop. IPCop is al Linux for Router, many people tell my: "oh, you can´t install nothing on it."
And i try the XAMPP installer, and it works. XAMPP is still runnig on it

And now I try ti install Deluge on it... but I have no idea. Linux is a new think for me and I have no skills with it....

I hope it is no to "denglish" like
