When webUI has no password set, would it be possible to just skip the dialogue box that asks for a password everytime* I access the webui? It seems like an unnecessary step.

I think the best course of action would be to use something like tampermonkey/violentmonkey and just do the action of a 'tab + enter' which would select the "OK" button and enter automatically upon loading.
This is sort of a hack, but I've put a ticket on TRAC - which may be moving to github itself soon I believe, to disable password prompting when the address is local subnets.
We'll see how long that takes to be written, merged, and published though. I think I could look into it and get it in develop, but publishing is the real bottleneck currently as only Cas has access.
