Followed the in-program “go to website” button, which led me to https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/deluge/windows/?C=M;O=D
Tried to download the LibTorrent v2.0 of Deluge v2.2.0, and had a devil of a time to get Windows Security to allow the download. It kept screaming about Trojan:Win32/Pomal!rfn being in the download.
Really doubt that Deluge would actually be infected, but posting here just in case. Apparently Deluge had a false positive for the exact same issue back in August 2021, but no such reports have been found on the Deluge community boards for 2025.
I also bodily yeeted the executable into VirusTotal, and this is what was returned: https://i.postimg.cc/0QxfDcBk/2025-06-0 ... v2-2-0.png
Cue the obligatory chuckles “I’m in danger” meme.

Latest v2.2.0 (LT v2.0) download of Deluge has Windows Security freaking out about Trojan:Win32/Pomal!rfn

As you said, it's fine, and just needs looking into how to overcome this annoyance(false-positives) for feature.
Appreciate your diligence and post though, to hopefully calm others down also - thanks buddy.
