IP/Hostname to report to tracker..

I'm a new user of Deluge...
Definitely impressed with it..
However, I do have a question..
Is there an option/setting in Deluge similar to utorrent's
'IP/Hostname to report to tracker'..
I'm lost w/o it as I'm using a dynamic ip..Thank you..
