I just upgraded from 2.0.3-13 to 2.1.1-17 on my Synology NAS. Lots of settings were changed from the previous install - including download foldersm folder permissions and also changing the ports to 6881-6891 - that I think are banned from many trackers. I changed it back to the port I was using (61156) - but all of my torrents are now unconnectable - with the error "Error: Port 1 is blacklisted". I can't find any mention of Port 1 in any settings or in the core.conf file.
I connect via a SOCKS5 proxy that has always been fine until now. Strangely, if I have no proxy set, things are OK - but obviously I want some protection as afforded by the SOCKS5 setup.
The update included other updates such as Python 3 to 3.10, OpenSSL to 1.1.1q and a libtorrent update.
Any idea what's going on? If I remove this version can I re-install the previous one?
Error: Port 1 is blacklisted after update to 2.1.1-17
Re: Error: Port 1 is blacklisted after update to 2.1.1-17
I had big issues the last time I updated Deluge to 2.0.3-11 and it was fixed by version 2.0.3-12.
I've now removed 2.1.1-17 and reverted to 2.0.3-13 and it works perfectly again. Unfortunately all of my torrents were gone.
What should I have backed up to retain this information? I did back up my core.conf file so the settings were good - 'proving' too there's an issue with the latest build as the same settings work fine back in the previous version.
Will be staying put in future.

Re: Error: Port 1 is blacklisted after update to 2.1.1-17
Sorry I couldn't help with this. Just wanted to add regarding your final question , that it's the 'state' subfolder which holds the torrent info. In the package I can see the profile is defined as under '/volume1/@appstore/deluge/var', though since you backed up core.conf already, then you now that surely, but just adding in-case regardless.

Thanks for that.
I can access that location and it is indeed where I backed up the conf from. I thought that was the folder to backup, thanks for the confirmation.
I'm not aware of any way to access these folders from the NAS interface itself and do it from putty and backup with winscp (drag and drop to PC).
