Hey I just wanted to see if anyone can help me with this problem I've been having with Tor. My download speed is always between 1/6th and 1/10th my upload speed. Is there any way to change this; anyway to increase my download speed at all?
The usual torrent stuff, make sure it's all configured properly, your port is opened/forwarded, bandwidth is set properly.
It could also be due to the number of seeders of a particular torrent.
