An inquiry (maybe a newbie one) about continuing to run seeds that currently have no peers downloading from them.
Will such seeds consume upload bandwidth, and potentially take it away from seeds that have peers actively downloading from them - and thus actually need the bandwidth?
Do seeds that have no peers currently downloading them consume upload bandwidth?

If so the part taken is so small you shouldn't consider it.
All active torrents update the tracker status for example but nothing that can hurt the performance of your setup.
(memory and CPU taken to keep them seeding is a bigger concern)
