Feature Request: Improved Progressbar

Hi,
Borrowing this feature from uTorrent and KTorrent, we can better the progress bar. Better in the following ways:

1) The main progress bar will show exact parts of the torrents downloaded. For example, if 10% is complete with 5% from beginning and 5% from middle, the progress bar will have exactly these two portions colored instead of the first 10%. Along with that of course, we can have a thin line on top which will behave as the current progress bar and have the first 10% color.

2) We can have the rest of the progress bar colored with a different color, and which could be lighter/darker based on availability of the pieces. I feel this is not as much important as (1) above, and should be an optional feature - somebody who does not want it (eg. if someone is color blind) he should be able to disable it.

I'd love to implement these features myself if allowed to.

of course you're allowed, deluge is GPL i'd accept a patch. if you work on it, feel free to send a patch our way at deluge-dev@googlegroups.com. thanks
