Max 250 torrents seeding ?

I'm using Deluge 1.3.13 on Windows 10,

I have 292 torrents actually opened in Deluge, and I don't undestand why they aren't all seeding, 250 are seedind but 42 are queued.

In the settings I did not set any limitation :

Look under the Queue Settings, you probably have it set for 250
