Daemon - Checking Files

Post by Lagu »

Hi, here a problem, first i'm using Gentoo 64, and deluged is started as user service, i follow the arch guide.
Well for some reason some times when i start the session (and with it the service) deluge show some torrents in queue status (stalled), and all the other torrents in 0%, then it start downloading all again. D:

Thx.

Hi, now i know how to reproduce this, this happend with a bad shutdown(ex, the battery is over) + external storage.
First move or have some completed torrent in a external storage, in my case hdd, then seed from there.
Now a bad shutdown.
When you start your computer the torrent will be in 0% and will start downloading all again, you can select recheck.

Yes it's been discussed many times here. This will be fixed in the next 1.3 release.

Check torrent directory

Post by Lagu »

Hi again, well this time i search i don't found any thread with this.

mm, Basically deluge should check if the directory of the torrents exist.
Some times we use external storage but we don't always have connected it, in this case can be very useful because actually deluge send a error message, and then we need to check all torrents again D:

Thx.
