0.5.9.0 Possible Opposite Ratio Bug?

Okay, I was on 0.5.8.7, and I know there was a mark-up ratio bug, and so all of my torrents were marked up once (since removed older torrents and added new ones), then switched to 0.5.9.0, and no mark-up ratio bug, but I did notice one of the marked up torrent ratios go back down to pre-marked up (which is good) whilst the others stayed the marked-up value. Started deluge again and another marked-up torrent went back down to what it should have been. Since I don't yet have any torrents that weren't marked up before, I was wondering if this also affected non-marked up ratios (as in when all of the marked-up disappear) or just the marked-up ones. Cause if it affects both, then there will be a mark-down ratio bug (although affects only one torrent/start-up, so not as bad)
