Indexing error in avi file

Downloaded a 2GB avi file and the file does not play in VLC or WMP.
Reports an indexing error.

Other file formats work well.

Grateful for any pointers.

Probably just a bad file. Are there comments on the site you got it from? There are probably other complaints about it as well.

Thank you for that.
There were no other comments, which made me suspicious.
I downloaded it again this morning and it is now working. Must have been a bad file.
Although Deluge showed it as seeding, I can now see that it had missed a small file.
Today's download was complete.
