deluge crashes constantly

over the last couple of days i have been unable to do anything with Deluge, i have changed nothing as i dont really mess with settings once they work.
heres the basic rundown of what happens, i start Deluge either by using the exe or by going to a page and downloading a magnet which then starts Deluge. the usual ways.
once it opens it pretty much just hangs (not responding), the torrents will eventually show but when i move the mouse cursor over the deluge window it immediately changes to the busy spinning icon and just hangs from then on.
sometimes the not responding message will dissapear but then as soon i move the cursor again it comes back
basically deluge is crippled and i cant do or change anything.

im new to this forum so any info needed i will obviously provide.

thanks for pointing that out instead of actually helping, anyway i installed qbittorrent and it works better than deluge ever did.
