I have a very odd (never seen it before and cant really find anything if google) issue here. For this specific torrent I am connected two 2 IPs, one GB and one SWE. When both are there I get slow speed, but sometimes GB drops out and speed increases greatly. If GB comes back again speed drops again. What the hell??
