How do I Associate Magnet Links with Deluge?

I click the button Preferences|Other|Associate Magnet Links with Deluge. However nothing happens. Shouldn't something change to show that they are now associated?
Magnet links are still sent to uTorrent .

Probably need to delete/modify the magnet registry entries set for uTorrent. It's been discussed on forum before, can even try google...
