Changing upload limit don't work

Well i had my upload limit to 27 but i upgraded my connection & i changed my upload limit.But when i close deluge & start it again the limit is again 27!!Every time i'm changing the limit.Deluge 0.5.8.7 on Hardy

I'm getting the same problem here. My connection was recently upgraded (for free! thank you Virgin Media!) I change my up/down limits, but when I restart deluge my settings revert to their previous states. I have tried deleting prefs.state, then re-entering *all* my settings, but a restart brings back all my *old* settings. It's freakin' me out just a little.

edit: Literally seconds after posting, I figured it out. I have the scheduler plugin activated, which has it's own limits set up. changed the limits here, and everything's just dandy. hth zoze.

can you see if it's still the case with 0.5.9.0?

Nop same problem with 0.5.9 on hardy.Every time i'm changing the upload limit.
Can you tell me which file from /home/zoze/.config/deluge is the file that write what is the upload limit & i'll change it before i start deluge & see if the problem is solved.
Did you understand what i say??

prefs.state, I don't believe it is human readable though, maybe unless you know exactly what your looking for.

I just looked it up in mine, 'max_upload_speed' and then the value is in 'p80F**sS' where ** is the set value.

Are you using the scheduler plugin? If so, change the values in it because it will override the globals.

oh men thanks.It was annoing every time i'm starting deluge to have change upload limit.What about the other problem?Any solution?
