UI Freezing Constantly

It's been doing this for a few weeks now. I'll add in a torrent to download and the UI will sometimes freeze for a few seconds, go back to working, then freeze again (rinse and repeat). At first, I thought it was Windows having some disk access problems, so I re-installed Windows and it still does the same type of freezing. I would also like to add that I tried using different torrent clients (Halite and uTorrent) and they all do the same thing: run fine for a few minutes, freeze for a few seconds, go back to normal, then freeze again.

I think I heard of issues when running several hundred torrents at once. If multiple clients are doing it for you and you aren't doing something unusual like running 1,000+ torrents I would look into your video driver or something with your hardware. Maybe your drive is going bad or something? Are you using an SSD? Is your hard drive full? Are you saving your torrents to your Windows drive or do you have separate data drives? Did you format your data drives when you reinstalled Windows?

I have two separate hard drives (one is 1TB and the other is 500B) that I save all of the torrents I download. I hardly use my SSD to save downloaded torrents, and when I do, it still does the freezing.

I never run more than 3 torrents, so having multiple torrents downloading is not the cause of the freezing.

My 1TB is close to being full (it has about 397GB of space left), so I can rule that out from being the issue.

Only thing I can think of is that my 1TB drive COULD be dying, but that's a small chance since the freezing happens when I save downloaded torrents on the SSD, which I know has no issues (I just did a firmware update a few months ago).

Just wanted to say I'm still having the issue. Still need some help on trying to get this fixed.

I have ordered some new computer parts to see if it's my motherboard dying, but I won't know if that's the problem until a few days.
