.bin files being used by another process.

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my torrents stop downloading because another process is using a .bin file. I have already checked the file, but can't really find out what process is using it and how I can stop it. I tried rebooting my PC, restarting Deluge, stopping the torrent and starting it again and changing the download location, all of which didn't work.

Does anyone have a solution for this issue? It's really annoying.

Do you have any antivirus or antimalware programs doing real time scanning? I can't think of any other reason your files would be in use unless someone is going around clicking on them.
