seeding neglected torrents

Is there a way that I can have several (currently about 62) torrents seeding in a way where they are prioritized if there are a small number of seeds? This is just for those torrents you find which have no seeds. I'd like to be able to give up some bandwidth to keep these unpopular torrents I have alive.
