Translation to Russian are not full

Hello guys!

I installed Deluge 1.3.11 on Windows 7 and noticed that not all strings are translated to Russian. For example downloading process says "Downloading 52.3%" instead of russian word. And things like MiB/s and KiB/s here and there. And other minor stuff. I went to Launchpad but it says that Deluge is 100% translated to russian, so i cant even try to help with translation. Can we solve this minor problems together?
