Deluge not using Bandwith to its advantage

Recently, I started downloading an 87 GiB torrent with deluge. My broadband speeds are 50 mb down, 5 mb up. The torrent was downloading at 2 mb/sec, but then started slowing down drastically about a quarter of the way through the download. Now I'm lucky to get 20 KiB/sec, even though I have the download speed set to 10,000 KiB/sec limit. Could there be some way to fix this issue in the preferences? Thanks.

Are you sure it's Deluge and not your peers?
