Plugin don't work with web-ui on Raspberry PI

Hello, I have a Raspberry Pi with Raspbian OS, and I have installed deluge deamon and web-ui.

I have a probleme with plugins, I can't activate plugins from web-ui on my raspberry pi, I have no error and the checkbox is checked but the plugin is not activated/displayed, I have try to re-install all 3 time and I have everytime the problem.

Note: I have this problem only on the Raspbery PI b+/2.

Have you a solution for fix this probleme or activate "scheduler" plugin in command line please ? Thanks.
