Deluge Will Not Even Start, deluge and deluged not in Processes

I have used Deluge many years on this computer without any problems when installed on an internal harddisk Windows 7.

But now I am trying to run it from Windows 7 Home booted up from an external hard drive. Both installed and portable - various versions.

The hardware is the same, Tribler, Halite and Free Download Manager run on this settup, but I miss Deluge!!!!

As it dosn't open I can't find out about any logs.

Any ideas from anybody would be very welcome.

I found a Portable version DelugePortable_1.3.7_Dev_Test_1_English.paf downloaded from http://portableapps.com/node/38257 installed on an other partition than C that works, but their DelugePortable_1.3.11_English.paf dosn't.

I am offcause HAPPY , but it would be interestig to know why the reguler Deluge won,t work from a windows 7 installation on an external harddrive.
