Deluge
Recently my download speed in uTorrent and later in Deluge had dropped to 200KB/s. Internet speed test are showing that I have an 2500KB/s download and 50KB/s upload (which seems legit because my ISP provides me with 20Mbit/s connection. It happened suddenly 2 weeks ago on my old PC with windows XP and newest uTorrent. Everything was ok and then down speed had dropped to previously mentioned 200KB/s. I have installed Deluge and it was the same situation. Whatever number of torrents I was running with large or small number of seeds: no more than 200KB/s. The same situation I have on my brand new notebook with Deluge and windows 8.1. Client: 1.3.11 libtorrent: 0.16.18.0. There are no down speed limits set. I have configured Deluge like it is said in some tutorial on this site, but nothing changes. Any ideas?
