IfConfig - Best libtorrent configuration

Hi,

I've recently got a Kimsufi KS-1 and I would know what is the best configuration file I could get for a 100 mbps line.
My version of libtorrent is the 0.15.10.0 and Deluge 1.3.11 is running.
