Problem after installing Deluge 1.3.11...

I using ubuntu os and follow the installation step fro Wiki page

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:deluge-team/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install deluge

but i dont know how to start it?? as user or root??

usually i use a manual install and not using apt-get ....

so i know where the deamon startup file. now i not sure where to go after finish install.

Please don't just post in a random topic, I have split your post as the previous content had nothing to do with your question.

It makes absolutely no difference how you install a program, you run it the same either way. I don't know what you want to do so you need to be clearer with your question.
