Exporting Torrents/Settings

I have several hundred torrents I'm seeding with Deluge. I'm setting up a new computer that I would like to use Deluge on and continue to seed those torrents. Is there any way to export a file to allow a new computer/fresh install of Deluge pick up where the old one left off.

Just copy over your new config and ensure the torrent data paths are identical
