Deluge
Hello there.
I just noticed some serious problem with using deluge in my network. Deluge has FAR too many incoming connections. (my maximum of incoming connections within a minute was 2100) The torrents running are quite dead, trackers are reporting not even a total of 100peers and deluge says it has a total of <50 connections. Now to why I believe this is a bug: Deluge has the Tracker announcements of the other torrent; the torrents that are still in the queue. I assume that Deluge announces it downloading the torrents that are still in queue to the tracker. That would explain why there are so many incoming connections to only 5 torrents that are almost dead. The queue itself is quite long. (almost 70 torrents) I never noticed this behavior before. Since I never used version 1.3.6 so intense I believe this "bug" was "added" in one of the newer versions. It would be nice if someone could fix this or help me get rid of this.
