how to add a *.GIT patch to deluge?

Hi!

I want to edit the tracker in (300+) torrents at once,
and looks like I found the solution - http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/ticket/2047#no1
...problem is - I dont know how to add it to deluge

anyone willing to help?

using:
windows 8 x64
Client: 1.3.6
Server: 1.3.6

libtorrent: 0.15.10.0
