Deluge
Hello, Deluge is great program but I constantly see that everytime I turn it off my connection icon on the bottom right corner is still fully on. Also at the same time PeerGuardian 2 shows ips that are being passed and blocked as if Deluge was running. I went into my Task Manager and "end process" "Deluge.exe" itself and this "dbus-daemon-deluge.exe". But my connection and PeerGuardian 2 show that connects are still passing through. What is happening? and how can I stop it?
The only was to stop it, is to restart the PC...
