Delay Move Completed

I want move torrents to their completed directory - but not immediately. I want it to happen after a certain fixed timeframe, such as 300 seconds. The reason I want this is because the torrent is still very active right after it is finished, and especially large torrents trash the disk IO so the upload goes to zero. Is there any way to do this, either through the execute plugin or otherwise?
