Deluge
I have custom download and move completed to locations set, but I have noticed they like to seemingly randomly reset themselves to the default /home/username/Downloads . I only ever use the Web interface or the console. It might be linked to rebooting but I am not sure. I do have the daemon setup as a system service. Any advice how to correct this?
Edit: this is on Ubuntu 13.10, but also happened under 12.04
