How to resume seeding without forcing check?

Hello, I reinstalled windows without saving my utorrent settings so I decided to try out deluge.

I kept my .torrent files though so I added them into deluge but since the download directories for them are located on my external drive, I have to change all the corresponding incoming directories.

Which is fine but if I try to resume seeding right after changing the incoming directory, it starts to download from 0% instead of resuming seeding at 100%.

However if I force verification of the torrent it goes up to 100% and start seeding, but it's extremely time-consuming.

Is there any way to avoid forcing verification to resume seeding?
