Port Forwarding Issues in Deluge

Hello. I am having some issues and am hoping someone can help me out with this. I have been having issues recently with Deluge saying that the ports are not open. First I manually opened the ports in my router (running DD-WRT), and specified them in Deluge. Deluge still says that the ports are not open. I then just enabled UPnP and let it open them automatically, and it is saying the same thing. I went in DD-WRT's list of forwards and Deluge is indeed on there, but it still prompts that it is not on my machine. I have attached a screenshot of the forwards in my router and it not forwarding in Deluge. I have disabled iptables and SELinux so I shouldn't be having any problems locally. Any help would be appreciated.
