Deluge
I'm a new user and have moderate knowledge working with command lines, etc.
I recently installed Deluge on my Western Digital MyBook Live (Debian Lenny). I have configured the webUI and it all seems to be working well. However, I find that when I add a torrent from a magnet link, it only adds one tracker (openbittorrent.com) which then times out. Torrents from Mininova seem to add a proper tracker but not others. I did some research and found that this is maybe a libtorrent problem. My current Deluge version is 1.3.6 and my libtorrent version is 0.14.10.0. I see that libtorrent is up to 0.16.11 - would upgrading the libtorrent libraries perhaps address my issues with the magnet link issues? If this is the case, how would I go about upgrading the libraries (my knowledge is somewhat limited)? I also read that the Deluge developers recommend using libtorrent 0.15 - would it be better to upgrade to that version? Or is there another (much more simple) fix that I'm totally missing here?
