moved/deleted files keep redownloading: how to stop?

i need Deluge to stop downloading things that i have already downloaded, but can't find that option. it should error and say that files are missing and not continue to use up my credits and pollute my hdd with doubles. please tell me where to turn that off or add that option. thanks!

You need to move/remove the torrents from Deluge.
