torrent files are gone

I had a power surge today. Well, it wasn't me. My entire condo lost half power today. All of my torrents were visible earlier but when I rebooted tonight and launched deluge all of my torrents were gone. I tried to add them back through the download folder but this didn't work because a lot of my torrent files aren't stored there or are removed when they're added to deluge. Is there a hidden backup for deluge where all of this information is stored? I've never had this happen before.

Your state file will have been lost but the torrent files should still be in your config.
