v1.3.6 Automagic tracker?

Does 1.3.6 have some auto add tracker feature?
When I add new torrent from magnet link, that has only hash and name info it. After while deluge has added a tracker to it, or kind of. Tracker status has tracker address and 'Announce OK' message, allso Next Announce timer is counting down. But when I open Edit Trackers from torrent it is empty.

OS: Ubuntu 12.04.2 64-bit
Deluge v1.3.6 from ppa
libtorrent: 0.15.10.0

Yes to deal with a serious bug all libtorrent extensions are enabled by default which includes Tracker Exchange (TEX). More details here: http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtop ... 35#p178235
