Deluge
I'm having weird transfer drops at regular intervals, as seen on screenshot below.
It doesn't seem to be a problem with seeders, since I've seen this on multiple different torrents.
Any idea how can I remedy this?
(I'm using Deluge 1.3.5. on Ubuntu 12.04.)

I have the same exact issue, glad to see someone else having it mimic mine so closely. I have posted some more about it in THIS thread as well. Would love to see if anybody has a clue as to why it's happening!
